Photo Booth Rental Agreement

Liability

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any and all claims, damages, lawsuits, and losses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or caused by the Client's use of the Photo Booth.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State in which the event takes place, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Amendment
This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written document duly signed by both parties.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Provider and the Client and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to its subject matter.
